Foreword by Dr. Klaus Küstermann
Many of our patients hold the wrong opinion that natural therapies do not act quickly and patience is needed for healing. A specific specialty of homotoxicology is the various ampoule preparations. The injection of biotherapeutic ampoules has been successfully practiced for many years. Injections make homotoxicology more rapid and effective and the patients' compliance is improved.
As new research results show, it is possible to enhance these effects by injecting the biotherapeutic product in the correct areas. The exact location of the symptoms and the exact examination of the anatomic structures concerned, the pain points and trigger points, are extremely important for an injection according to the rules of biopuncture. E.g. in inflammation it was proven that the remedy Traumeel is more effective if it is infiltrated in the area of inflammation. Additionally, it can positively influence regulation mechanisms in the extracellular matrix.
This book is today the standard work for the method of biopuncture which has been established by Jan Kersschot successfully in practice for years. Biopuncture combines the methods of reflex-therapies like acupuncture, mesotherapy, neuraltherapy and homeosineatry. Exact concepts of therapy with indication and localization of the injections allow successful application in medical practice.

This booklet (45 pages, 13000 words) is written for medical professionals who are looking for a more direct approach in natural medicine which is also effective in the short run. Some physicians use these biotherapeutic injections like Traumeel and Zeel as an alternative for cortisone injections. Sports doctors use it to treat athletes who want to speed up healing of injuries or inflammations. Many patients come and see us for Biopuncture as they have abandoned the orthodox approach because of lack of good results or because of side effects of the conventional medication. Biopuncture can be an option in such cases. Several clinical cases illustrate how these injections can be used in your medical practice (low back pain, muscle strain, whiplash, tension headache, tennis elbow, bronchitis, gastritis). There is also a list of references (clinical studies, research articles) and a bibliography. This English version doesn't contain any illustrations. It's available both as a printed version as well as PDF file. It is only available at lulu.com :
